1. What are your shipping methods?
Swatzer.com uses Fedex to ship all items and is traceable during transit with a Tracking Number
Shipment costs within the U.S.A. are US$10.00 and can take between 3 to 5 days. Shipment costs to the rest of the world are US$15.00 and can take up to 10 days.
Note to Buyers: Orders come from Europe. Import duties, taxes and charges
are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's
responsibility.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We stand over all of our products and if in a period of seven days from the reception of your package you decide that for any reason you don't like your watch you can return it to us. The watch should be unworn and with no sign of ware or damage and still in its box. Please send a mail to support@Swatzer.com detailing the problem and we will tell you what to do.
In the unlikely advent the watch arrives broken (not including the plastic box) we will gladly replace it or refund your money if not in stock. Please send a mail to support@Swatzer.com detailing the problem and we will tell you what to do.
3. What if an item arrives damaged?
The items are shipped from our centre and inspected before packing. If you have received a package that has been damaged, please do not discard the original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may arrange to replace the item for you.
4. Who pays for reshipping costs on an exchange?
If the exchange is a replacement due to damages in the shipping of the product, Swatzer.com will pay these cost, for others types customer is responsible of this charges.
